Adult Services

At Kingfield Care Group we offer the very highest standards of service for adults aged 18-65 years-old.

We’re passionate about helping people to be a part of the community they live in and our enthusiastic, friendly team works closely with individuals to develop their skills and abilities to help them live as independently as possible, in state-of-the-art, contemporary surroundings.

Our adult services include:

Registered services

Our registered services offer outstanding support for adults with learning disabilities and complex support needs such as autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, severe or profound and multiple learning disabilities.

Our team of enthusiastic and motivated staff provide 24-hour support, working with each resident to make a real difference to their lives, no matter what their abilities and health needs are.

Supported living

Our supported living services aim to help those living with a disability to enjoy a more independent life, in bespoke and contemporary accommodation specially adapted to their individual needs.

We work with those using our supported living service to help them with a range of activities and everyday tasks, such as personal care, money management and social and leisure activities, to build confidence and social skills. As part of this service our staff team take pride in devising personal support plans tailored to each person’s individual needs.

Respite

Caring for someone close to you can be rewarding, but it’s important to take a break and recharge now and then.

Our respite services allow you to take time out, safe in the knowledge that we’re here to look after the person you care for.

Whether it’s for a few hours or a few days, our person centred approach by our professional, friendly team offer a round-the-clock respite service so you can rest, reassured.

Short breaks

Spending time away from home and interacting with other people plays a vital part in helping those living with a disability to gain confidence and independence.

We offer short breaks, from a day to a fortnight, to allow your loved ones to meet new faces and make friends, building relationships in the community and learning new skills through a wide range of activities.

Kingfield aim to make the short breaks service feel as relaxing as possible and tailors the service around each user’s specific requirements.

Day service

From arts and crafts to music, baking and IT, we offer a variety of creative and engaging day service activities suited to each resident, designed to build the self-awareness and self-esteem of those living with learning disabilities, physical or sensory impairments.

We encourage our day service users to participate at their own level and in their own time, and our team’s motivational skills and encouragement are invaluable in building confidence and nurturing creativity.

18-25 dedicated service

Making the transition into adults’ services can be daunting, but our dedicated service for young people makes the change easier, helping 18 to 25-year-olds to develop the skills they need to live more independent lives.

Our facilities are designed to meet the needs and expectations of the age groups we cater for, with a wide range of on and offline games and activities on site provided for all of our residents.
